These Terms of Service govern your engagement with BeyondYou, a personal reset practice operated by Aya Luna LLC ("BeyondYou," "we," "us"). When you book a Diagnostic, enroll in the 90-Day Reset, or continue with Ongoing, you accept these Terms.
What BeyondYou is
BeyondYou is a personal reset practice. One integrated approach that treats body, mind, and the pieces in between as one connected whole. BeyondYou is not medical care, not psychological treatment, not therapy. The full scope of what BeyondYou is and is not is described in the Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
The practice
BeyondYou offers three forms of engagement.
Diagnostic. A two-hour session, in person in San Francisco or virtual. Includes an intake form, the live session, and a written plan delivered within five business days. $300, paid at booking.
90-Day Reset. A ninety-day practice. Includes a hyper-detailed allergy panel, a one-hour chiropractic session, a one-hour mental readiness session with a therapist, thirty-six one-to-one training sessions with the founder, sixty workouts in total, a grocery store walk, a living plan in a shared document updated daily, unlimited messaging, and monthly measurements at Day 30, 60, and 90. $10,000 total.
Ongoing. Continued practice for clients who complete the Reset. Twelve one-to-one training sessions per month, twenty workouts in total, the living plan, unlimited messaging, monthly measurements, lab work revisited every six months, hands-on care and mind work as needed. $2,500 per month.
Bloodwork is ordered separately through your PCP and is not part of BeyondYou's services.
Payment
Diagnostic. $300, paid at booking through Stripe. Required to confirm the session.
90-Day Reset. $10,000 total. Default schedule: $5,000 at engagement, $2,500 on Day 30, $2,500 on Day 60. Pay-in-full at engagement is available on request, with no price difference.
Ongoing. $2,500 per month, invoiced at the start of each month.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Failed payments may pause the engagement until resolved.
Cancellation and refunds
Diagnostic. Cancellation 48 or more hours before the session: full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, or no-show: no refund. After the session: no refund.
90-Day Reset. Cancellation timing determines the refund, regardless of payment method elected.
Month 1 (Day 1 through Day 29): $5,000 is retained by BeyondYou. Remaining installments are not collected. If pay-in-full was chosen, $5,000 is refunded.
Month 2 (Day 30 through Day 59): $7,500 is retained by BeyondYou. The final installment is not collected. If pay-in-full was chosen, $2,500 is refunded.
Month 3 (Day 60 onward): no refund. The full $10,000 is retained.
This structure reflects the cost incurred and the work delivered through the cancellation date.
Ongoing. Cancellation may be made at any time, with written notice. The current month's payment is non-refundable. No further months are charged after the notice month.
Client Agreement
All engagements with BeyondYou require signing the BeyondYou Client Agreement, which covers waiver of liability for the inherent risks of physical training, confidentiality between client and practice, and media authorization. The Client Agreement is sent at booking and must be signed before any work begins, including before the Diagnostic.
The Client Agreement is a separate document from these Terms.
Your data and the living plan
The data you generate during your engagement, including measurements, workouts logged, your responses on the intake form, and your plan history, is yours. You may take a copy with you at any time, including when an engagement ends.
The methodology, frameworks, written practice structure, training programs, brand materials, and templates that BeyondYou uses are the intellectual property of Aya Luna LLC. They are not transferred to you and may not be redistributed, taught, or used commercially.
The living plan is confidential between you and BeyondYou.
Network partners
Rick Scott, PhD, Rebecca Steiner, and Dr. Jessica Dzieszko are independent licensed practitioners. Their care is governed by their own professional engagements with you. BeyondYou coordinates introductions and information flow. BeyondYou does not direct, supervise, or take responsibility for their licensed services.
Your responsibilities
For the practice to work, the following are required of you:
Complete and honest disclosure on the intake form and during sessions, including medical history, medications, conditions, and risks.
Medical clearance from your physician for physical training before Day 1, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
Honoring scheduled sessions or providing reasonable notice when rescheduling.
Following the agreed practice in good faith.
Withholding material information may result in termination of the engagement at BeyondYou's discretion, without refund.
What BeyondYou provides and what it does not
BeyondYou provides educational information, structured training, coordinated care across the network, and one-to-one attention from the founder.
BeyondYou does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, prescriptions, mental health treatment, emergency care, or licensed clinical services. Information shared in sessions and in the living plan is educational, not medical advice.
For emergencies, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. BeyondYou is not equipped to handle emergencies.
Communication
Reset and Ongoing engagements include unlimited messaging with the founder, with reasonable response times during waking hours. Messages are part of the natural flow of the practice and are not formally archived as deliverables. Messages are not a substitute for scheduled sessions and are not for emergencies.
Confidentiality
What you share with BeyondYou stays with BeyondYou. Information shared with network partners is for the purpose of coordinated care and is shared only as necessary. You are free to share your own experience with BeyondYou however you wish.
Termination by BeyondYou
BeyondYou reserves the right to terminate an engagement for cause, including material false disclosure, abusive behavior, repeated missed sessions without notice, non-payment, or behavior incompatible with the practice. In the event of termination for cause, the cancellation schedule above applies. In cases of severe cause, no refund applies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, BeyondYou's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your engagement, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BeyondYou in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under California law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of statute.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aya Luna LLC and BeyondYou from any claim or demand arising out of your false disclosure, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the practice, or your interaction with network partners outside the coordinated care path.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct communication first.
If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of San Francisco County, California. Each party bears its own legal costs and fees.
Updates
These Terms may be updated as the practice evolves. The current version is always available at walkbeyondyou.com/terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and the BeyondYou Client Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeyondYou. They supersede prior conversations and informal communications about scope, payment, or expectations.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
