The BeyondYou Method
Read. Clear. Build. Hold.
Four moves that hold the whole picture as one. Training, food, sleep, stress, where your head is, bloodwork, the food sensitivity panel, and the people who read them with you.
I read. I clear. I build. I hold. In that order, with every person I work with.
Read
I want to see everything before I write anything.
Forty four questions before we meet. Two hours together. How you sleep, what you drink, when your energy drops, the pattern you keep returning to.
Then the data. I send you a written list of the bloodwork I want to see. You take it to your doctor. They order it, they read it, and if they have something to say about it, we wait for their answer before we act on it.
A food sensitivity panel, read by a nutrition partner. A full structural analysis with a sports chiropractor. Where the body is holding, what it is compensating for, what will break if we load it. A session with a therapist, who reads what is sitting underneath and tells me what I need to build around.
Each of them sends their reading back to me. I am not the only one looking at you.
None of it means anything on its own. Read together, it says one thing.
Clear
Then I take things out.
What we take out depends on what we read. For most people alcohol is on the list. For some it is the training volume, because you cannot recover from six sessions on five hours of sleep. For others it is three foods the panel flagged, or a movement your body is not ready for.
Nobody expects this part. You came for a plan and the first thing I do is subtract. But you have been adding for years, more discipline, more supplements, more sessions, and it never held.
You do not get something new. You get your energy back.
Build
Then structure.
Training for the body you have today, built around what the analysis found. Food built around what the panel left standing. Sleep protected before anything else is.
One structure, not three. Your training knows what your food is doing. Your food knows what your sleep is doing. I keep them in the same conversation.
Hold
Then it keeps going.
We read everything again. Where you started, where you are, what moved, what did not, and how you are carrying it. The plan changes when you change.
I bring in whoever else needs to be in it, and your doctor stays in the conversation the whole way.
Everything you tried before had an end date. This does not.
Why the four moves work
Everything is connected.
- Sleep.
- Stress.
- Food.
- What your body does with that food.
- Water.
- Alcohol.
- Training.
- Recovery.
- Your bloodwork.
- Your hormones.
- Your digestion.
- How your body moves.
- What hurts and what you stopped doing because of it.
- Your energy through the day.
- Your mood.
- Your focus.
- How much you sit.
- How much light you see before noon.
- The work you take home.
- The people around you.
- What you carry from before.
- What you have not said out loud.
- Whether you feel like yourself.
- The habits you built without deciding to.
None of it sits by itself
Your sleep changes your appetite. Your appetite changes your food. Your food changes your energy. Your energy changes how you train. How you train changes your sleep.
Take one piece out of that circle and look at it alone, and you will be right about the piece and wrong about the person.
Every specialist you have seen was right about their piece. Nobody was looking at the whole.
What the method has done
Readings from the years. Different bodies, different problems, the same four moves.
Example one
Seven and a half weeks. Four inches off the waist. Twenty two pounds down. LDL from 196 to 166.
The panel narrowed the food. Sleep got protected before the training got harder. The lipids moved before the body did.
Example two
Fourteen months. Total testosterone from 200 to 600.
Sleep, food, training, stress, held together long enough for the body to answer. The number is the smallest part of it. What changed was the energy, the mood, the sleep that finally held.
Both are shared with their permission. In each case their own doctor ordered the labs and read them. Most people do not see numbers move this fast. Starting point, history, and medication all change what is possible. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here replaces your doctor.
Every reading is different. Yours will be your own.
