BeyondYou is a full-circle coaching experience that brings movement, nutrition, and lifestyle together. This is not about training harder, eating cleaner, or waking up earlier just for the sake of it. It is about creating a life that works for you. A rhythm that supports your body, clears your mind, and builds habits you can trust.I work with people who are ready to go deeper. Who are done with quick fixes and surface-level plans. BeyondYou is not a fitness program or a meal plan. It is a commitment to alignment. One path. One coach. One transformation.The name BeyondYou comes from the belief that a stronger, clearer version of you already exists. The journey is not about becoming someone else. It is about uncovering the version that’s waiting on the other side of consistency.The logo reflects this philosophy. It plays with reflection and direction. The YOU in the mirror is slightly distorted, not broken, just evolving. You might recognize yourself. But it is not the same version who started.The first step isn’t loud.

I am Alper, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, nutrition coach, and someone who has lived both sides of transformation.My early years in fitness were inconsistent. On and off. Not sustainable. I was not always this clear or grounded. But over time, I learned to build habits that stuck, and everything changed.BeyondYou is the system I wish I had earlier. It is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is a partnership rooted in real life, not extremes.I have worked in tech. I have lived on four continents. I have rebuilt myself more than once. Now I help others align movement, nutrition, and mindset so they can move through life with clarity and power.If you are ready, I would love to walk the path with you.

How It Works

Step 1: Start Your Free Intro Session
We begin with a simple conversation. You can choose to meet in person over coffee in San Francisco or talk by phone, whatever works best for you. This is a no-pressure intro session to hear your story and start shaping the path forward.
Step 2: Personalized Assessment
Once we connect, I take a deep look into your day-to-day rhythm, nutrition, recovery, stress patterns, and movement habits. Everything we build will reflect your reality, not someone else’s blueprint.
Step 3: In-Person/Remote Coaching
I live in San Francisco and serve clients across the Bay Area and beyond. We can train in your apartment gym, house gym, or outdoors in a nearby park. We can also work together online. I can guide you through video calls, seeing your form in real time, and coaching you through your headphones during the workout. Movement is flexible and meets you where you are.
Step 4: Complimentary Grocery Store Visit
Right after you decide to work with me, we'll take a one-time trip to the grocery store and butcher (if desired). This is a gift from me to you. We break down labels, explore ingredients, and shift your mindset around food. It is practical, insightful, and often the most surprising breakthrough of the whole journey.
Step 5: Your Plan, Built Around You
We meet four to five times per week and create a rhythm that supports your life. This is not about intensity. It is about alignment. Sessions are designed to match your energy and season from structured workouts to mindful recovery. You can reach me through text or WhatsApp anytime. I do my best to respond in near real time. This is a partnership, not a transaction.

When needed, I connect clients with these experts in fields like mental health, physical therapy, nutrition, and holistic medicine.This isn’t just about referrals. Certified Health and Wellness Coach
Rebecca collaborates closely with the integrative medicine team at Be Well Natural Medicine, working under the supervision of an MD. This allows her to incorporate functional lab testing and blood work into personalized wellness plans when appropriate.

Dr. Jessica Dzieszko
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
Dr. Dzieszko combines her background in movement science and chiropractic care to help people achieve pain-free living through a personalized, hands-on approach. Trained in ART and Graston techniques, she specializes in treating chronic pain and neurological conditions using adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and exercise prescription. Whether you're an athlete or a weekend

Where It All BeganBack in 2011, I was stuck. I didn’t see it at the time, but I had lost touch with who I was. I felt heavy in every way, mentally, physically, emotionally.That version of me wasn’t the full story. I started making small changes. One step. One habit. One decision at a time. Movement, better food choices, and a clear mind helped me rebuild.Now I share that journey with others. Real people making real progress. Everyone's path is different, but the mission stays the same; to move forward, to rise above what once felt out of reach.
